Counseling for the Life You're Living Now
Every person who walks through my door brings a different story, set of strengths, and set of challenges. While no two counseling experiences are exactly alike, these are some of the areas where I most often help clients find clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
Individual Counseling
Common reasons people seek individual counseling include:
Anxiety and chronic stress
Burnout and overwhelm
Life transitions
Relationship difficulties
Identity concerns
Grief and loss
Low self-worth
Difficulty setting boundaries
Anger and irritability
Questions of purpose and direction
Sessions focus on helping you better understand yourself, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling may help when you're experiencing:
Communication breakdowns
Recurring conflict
Emotional disconnection
Parenting stress
Differences in expectations or values
Recovering from betrayal
Major life transitions
Together, we'll work to strengthen understanding, improve communication, and foster a healthier, more connected relationship.
Men's Counseling
Many men seek counseling when they find themselves:
Carrying responsibilities alone
Struggling to express emotions
Feeling disconnected from loved ones
Wrestling with anger or frustration
Questioning identity or purpose
Navigating fatherhood or partnership
Facing career transitions
My work with men focuses on helping them develop greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and intentionality in the way they lead their lives and relationships.
Veterans & First Responders
I frequently work with individuals navigating:
PTSD
Transition after service
Hypervigilance and chronic stress
Leadership fatigue
Moral injury
Relationship strain
Grief and loss
Identity beyond the role
As a Marine Corps veteran, I understand many of the unique strengths and challenges that accompany lives built around service.
